Koble has been designed to be easily self-delivered, giving churches the flexibility to run the course in a way that works for them. Everything needed to lead and embed Koble in your context is provided through the Study Guide, Leaders’ Guide, and supporting resources available on this website. Many churches will feel confident leading Koble using these materials alone.
However, we also offer a range of optional training and support to help you explore Koble in advance, and to prepare for and deliver it effectively in your context.
Training for leaders and those who want to know more
Ideal for conferences, networks, dioceses, or gatherings of leaders from multiple churches, the first two training options are designed to explore the theory and core Koble content in more detail:
1. Discover Koble
A free introductory workshop exploring the purpose, theology, and structure of Koble. It provides an overview of the themes, the format, and practical ideas for how the resource can be used. This is ideal for those wanting to know more or those coming to hear about it for the first time. This session can be extended to Discover Koble Plus, which includes a facilitated walkthrough of one Koble theme to give a more detailed introduction.
Cost: Free
2. Unpacking Koble
A one, two, or three-day comprehensive training course exploring the Koble journey and engaging more deeply with each theme and the theology underpinning the material.
Suitable both as standalone mission training and/or to equip leaders to confidently deliver the series in their own church context.

Training support for individual Churches
For churches who would value additional support in practically delivering Koble, the following options are available:
1. Preparing for Koble
A practical leadership workshop designed to help church leadership teams and small group leaders prepare to run Koble.
Cost: £250 plus travel
2. Kickstarting Koble
The UDC team can help launch Koble in your church by introducing the journey and delivering the first one or two sessions as practical workshops while you lead the rest of the material independently.
Cost: £250–350 plus travel
3. Wrapping up Koble
A reflective session to help your church gather learning, celebrate the journey, and discern next steps having worked through the Koble material.
Cost: £250–350 plus travel
4. Delivering Koble (Full Course — 10 Ds)
Our most comprehensive option, supporting you through the full Koble journey at a pace that suits your context. This includes the Preparing, Kickstarting, and Wrapping Up sessions.
Cost: £3000 plus travel
